LiftRight Rosemead Towing offers emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. We operate 24/7 throughout Rosemead, CA and surrounding areas.

Service availability depends on weather conditions, road accessibility, and equipment availability. We will make every reasonable effort to respond quickly, but response times may vary based on your location and current demand.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle condition
• Be present or designate an authorized representative when we arrive
• Have proper identification and proof of vehicle ownership available
• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing
• Pay for services rendered according to our pricing structure
• Follow safety instructions provided by our technicians

Payment and Pricing

We provide upfront pricing estimates when you call. Final charges may vary based on actual distance, time, vehicle condition, and any additional services required. Payment is due when service is completed unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you request service and then cancel after our truck is dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

Liability and Insurance

LiftRight Rosemead Towing carries appropriate insurance for our operations. We take great care when handling your vehicle, but we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
• Personal items left in your vehicle
• Damage caused by hidden defects or unusual vehicle conditions

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service request at any time before our truck arrives at no charge. Once our truck is dispatched and on the way to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover our travel time and fuel costs.

Storage and Impound

If your vehicle is towed to our facility and not picked up within a reasonable time, storage fees will apply. We will notify you about storage charges and make arrangements for vehicle pickup. We have the right to place a lien on abandoned vehicles according to California state law.
